My mother name in SSLC book is Latha. Her name in ID and Aadhar card is Latha but her name in passport is Rose. How to change her name in SSLC book or passport based on other documents?

To change your mother name in the passport, you have to apply for "Re-issue" of passport with this below link: https://www.passportonlineindia.com/reissue-passport?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIxJPmzfeP4AIVyyMrCh2rFQG uEAAYASAAEgLTbfD_BwE. After that all details are given in the relevent field. And there four scan document required to upload, i)Address proof ii) ID proof iii) Education Proof iv) Date of Birth proof.

=Old Passport in original with self-attested photocopy of its first two and last two pages, including ECR/Non-ECR page (previously ECNR) and the page of observation (if any), made by Passport Issuing Authority and validity extension page, if any, in respect of short validity passport

=Fresh ID Certificate in changed name

=Gazette Notification changing name in applicant's department

=documentary proof for any one of the Non-ECR (previously ECNR) categories
