Re: How to become a collector after passing 10th class?
Candidates from any stream can become collector. So you can choose any stream and complete at least graduation to apply for this post. Along with preparing for the 12th and graduation exams you must also prepare for the civil service exam. First begin with the prelims where questions will be aptitude oriented and when you reach graduation start preparing for the mains. A list of subjects to choose from for the main exam is provided in the UPSC site. You can choose the graduation stream accordingly.

HELLO DEAR
To become a collector after passing 10th >> This examination is a common examination conducted for selection to the other two All India Services as well as various other Group A and Group B services under the Central Government. >> This examination consists of three stages. At stage one, there is an objective type examination called the Preliminary examination. A shortlist is prepared on the basis of the Main examination and these candidates can compete in the third and final stage of exam called the Viva voce or the Interview. >> The marks of the Main examination and the Interview are combined to prepare a final merit list of selected candidates. Age limit:- General category student:- 21-30 years. OBC relaxation in upper age +3 years. SC/ST relaxation in upper age +5 years. GOOD LUCK |

Re: How to become a collector after passing 10th class?
Every Indian Boy/Girl want to be collector or Join INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE.
This is one of the normal question asked by many students who just passed 10th/12th. The Criteria for For IAS(Civil Service) 1. You must have at least Bachelor degree(any course). 2. Completed 21 years at least(on 01/07 of the year) 3. For Collector - an Indian citizen can apply. So you can't apply after passing 10th/12th. The Exams stages are: 1. CSAT Prelims (Qualifying in nature) 2. Mains 3. Interview If you will successfully pass all of the three exams with good rank(1-100 approx) you will be selected for collector. So, first complete you Bachelor degree and then you can apply. For more details go to upsc website. Best of luck. |
