I am doing my PhD in Hindi, and might be completed by June13. I am looking Lecturer in Pune.
Can you please suggest me how I could go forward in this object.

To become lecture in any government colleges you have to appear and qualify in NET/SET.

NET examination is conducted by UGC twice every year. The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed master degree with minimum 55% from any recognised university.

There is no age limit to appear for examination for recruitment as lecturer.

So, you have to appear and qualify in the examination. The examination is conducted in month of June and December every year. For more information about examination visit at www.ugc.ac.in.
