Dear Sir/Madam, I have read all the details listed in your website about applying in BOE. I am pursuing my BE in Mechanical Engineering from Assam Down Town University. I have done one month summer internship trainning in IOCL Guwahati Refinery in different plants including boiler operating plant, CDU, DCU etc.. but I faced a problem. It is required to have atleast one year BOE certificate, which i dont have. What should i have to do or how i could attain that certificate. Please inform me as soon as possible.
