How can I appear for the backlog exam of BHM if my college revoked PTU affiliation?


What is the process to clear the back paper in Hotel Management? I was doing BHM from PTU around 5 years ago and I have one backlog. From where can I get User ID and Password to log in to PTU exam site? My college has also revoked PTU affiliation long time ago.
