How can I become a Chartered Accountant after 12th Commerce?

I have completed my 12th from Commerce stream and wants to become a Chartered Accountant. So, what should I do now? How can I get admission in CA? And, what is CPT? Is this the 1st stage of CA? How much percentage in 12th is required to get admission in CPT? What is the cost of CPT and study materials?

CPT stands for Common Proficiency Test. CPT is conducted twice every year by ICAI in June and December. As per latest news, it will be called Foundation exam. You can apply for ICAI CPT exam and crack it to get admission in Chartered Accountancy course.

The second stage is Integrated Professional Competence course and last stage is final course. If you have passed in all subjects of 12th commerce stream then you can apply for ICAI CPT exam.
