Steps to become a Chartered Accountant for 12th Commerce student?
Hello, I am preparing for the Board exam of 12th from Commerce stream. I want to become a Chartered Accountant. I would like to know about the steps through which I can achieve my aim. Kindly tell me immediately.

Chartered Accountancy is a professional course. There are three stages of this course for candidate of any category.
>>Common Proficiency Test. >>Integrated Professional competence course. >>Final course. The first step for you is to clear CPT to get enrolled in CA course. After that go ahead and complete IPCC and Final course to become Chartered Accountant. CPT is conducted twice every year by ICAI in June and December. You can apply online at official website of ICAI. |

To become CA i.e. Chartered Accountant in India, you will have to go through these exams, courses.

Step I: Apply for Common Proficiency Test conducted by ICAI and crack it.
Those who clear CPT exam get admission in Chartered Accountancy course. Step II: You need to pursue Integrated Professional Competence course and pass final course to complete Chartered Accountancy course Graduates in commerce with minimum of 55% marks can directly apply for IPCC stage of CA course. 12th commerce candidates can directly apply for CPT course. |
