If you want to become a Company Secretary (CS) then you will need to pass two stages that are necessary to be a CS for which Examinations are held twice a year in the month of June and December.

Stage 1: Executive Programme.

1. Fee Structure: for Commerce Graduates - Rs.7000/-
2. Minimum Course Duration: 1 year
3. Maximum Course Duration: It should be completed within 5 years from the date of registration for Executive Programme.

Paper Modules:

Module I:
1. General and Commercial laws
2. Company Accounts, Cost and Management Accounting
3. Tax laws

Module II:
1. Company Laws
2. Economic and Labour Laws
3. Securities Laws Compliances


Stage 2: Professional Programme.

1. Fee Structure: Rs.7500/-
2. Minimum Course Duration: 1 year
3. Maximum Course Duration: It should be completed within 5 years from the date of registration for Professional Programme.

Paper Modules:

Module I:
1. Company Secretarial Practice
2. Drafting, Appearances and Pleadings

Module II:
1. Financial, Treasury and Forex Management
2. Corporate restructuring and insolvency

Module III:
1. Strategic Management, Alliances and International Trade
2. Advance Tax Laws and Practices

Module IV:
1. Due Diligence and Corporate Compliance Governance
2. Business Ethics and Sustainability
