Eligibility for PGT posts :
1. Must have completed B.ed course 2. Post graduation subject must have pursued in undergraduation 3. Must be a citizen of India. Now private schools are following this norms to recruit a pgt teacher. Recruiting process of private schools: Most of the private school dont conducted entrance examination. They recruit teachers by direct interview. Often they conduct a written examination instead of interview to verify the candidate's knowledge in the subject. |
