i completed my MCA with 70 %,Bsc 59 %,Intermediate&Tenth 71%.
so how can i get 100% job guaranty in IT industry?

The eligibility criteria for recruitment in most of top Information Technology companies like TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, IBM etc is:

>>Candidate must have done 10th, 12th and bachelor's degree from a recognized board.

>>Minimum of 60% throughout academics from tenth to master's degree.

>>Maximum of two years gap between studies allowed.

>>No pending backlogs in any degree.

You are eligible for recruitment drive of all above mentioned IT firms as you have required percentage of marks. You will have to crack aptitude test, technical interview and HR interview for final selection in any IT company.
