my state quota rank-4033.can i get admission in nit warangal for ece/cse/mech?
plzz send me details on my mail id

NIT - National Institute of Technology.


These are the most reputated technical university chains in India. These are government colleges which offer courses in B.Tech, M.Tech and many others.

If anybody wishes to get admission in any of the NIT's across the country, then they should apply for the AIEEE.


AIEEE - All India Engineering Entrance Examination.


This is basically an entrance exam which is organized and conducted by the CBSE (Central Board in Secondary Education) every year in the month of April right after the board exams are concluded.


Its done to select candidates for the various Engineering colleges all over the country. The NIT's also take admissions from this only.


Now its very obvious that the competition is very high for such good colleges.


I must tell you that in the top 5000-8000 ranks, most of the NIT seats fill up.

You have mentioned that your state quota rank is 4033, but you have not mentioned which state are you from and if you have any quota of OBC/SC/ST etc..


Still even if you having a state rank of 4033, I am very doubtful that you will not get admission in any of the NIT's.

Your rank is way too low to get you any seat in any of the NIT's all over India.


Also the courses which you have asked for like ECE, CSE, and Mechanical are the top most courses in the market and so that toppers always choose this courses in the NIT's and any college they get.


So these courses are definitely not your cup of tea with this rank.

However you can try next year as AIEEE grants 3 consecutive attempts. If you have ANY attempt left then you can well try next year.

Otherwise you can also take admission in any of the Private Universities.

You have not mentioned your category rank,although if you belong to General category then with state rank of 4033 you would surely not be able to make it through to NIT warangal.

dear friend,
nit warangal is the best college among all the nits. this college is equivalent to iit college in respect of teaching and placements.
getting admission there is not an easy task.
for getting admission in nit warangal, your rank must be under 1000.
since your rank is very far from that, i'm afraid that you will not be getting admission over there.
but don't loose hope.
there are other nits also where you cal apply and i'm sure that you will get admission in any one of them.
