I have done my TY B.Sc in Physics in 1998 and cleared it but I don’t have a certificate as I have a KT in SY B.Sc Maths subject. I need guidance on how to go about this to attain the certificate as I plan to go abroad and I need this certificate for further studies there. Please help.

Since you have not cleared the pending backlog of the second year of the B.Sc. degree course even having completed the final year of the B.Sc. degree course, you will not be able to get the passing degree certificate of B.Sc. degree unless you clear the pending backlog paper.

So, you need to contact your college or university management about the possible way of clearing your pending backlog paper so that you can get your degree certificate.
