I have completed my 2nd PUC i.e.m my intermediate from Karnataka State Open University (KSOU). Is this valid to apply for B.Com as a regular candidate in colleges affiliated to Bangalore University or any other state university?

The very first thing I would like to let you know is that KSOU (Karnataka State Open University) does not offer 2nd PUC (Pre University Course) i.e; an intermediate degree course and therefore your query regarding whether 2nd PUC completed from KSOU is not valid.

Further, I would like to let you know that 2nd PUC or an intermediate degree course completed from a recognized open university like NIOS is certainly valid for pursuing a regular degree course from any university.
