i got selected in hcl tech has software engg. during my campus and am waiting for my doj... i finished 10th then 12th then diploma and then BE.. I dont have good percentage in 12th so i submitted my 10th, diploma and be marks during my campus and in their portal i updated with this marks only.... will there be any issues because of hiding my 12th marks... need some best suggestion....

My sister is working with hcl from last 3 years and by her experience this is one of the best company one can work with.

Secondyou can get campus placement of hcl comes to your campus
Third you can go to their website to hcl career.com and see the available vacancy and apply for it.
