I passed 12th.My ambition is to join National Defence Acadamy.I am ready to do hard work to achieve my aim.But my eye sight is low,I cant see clearly at long distance.Then I can join the NDA?

NDA stand for National Defence Service Exam.This exam is conduct in twice time in a year.NDA two exams are NDA I and NDA II .The details of this exam is given below-

Educational Qualification : -

Those candidate have completed 12th standard are applicable for NDA Exam .Final year of 12th candidate can apply here .Not require ant percentage marks.Non Physics and Mathematics in 12th subject candidate can apply in Indian Army post.

Nationality : -

You must have a citizenship of India .

Age : -

16.5 to 19 years old .Age relaxation is not provide for Sc/ST category .

Gender:-

Male

Martial status:-

Unmarried candidate can apply here .

Selection process for NDA recruitment -Written Test , Physical Test , Medical Test and Personal Interview .SSB conduct this process in SSB center .

The Physical Standards(Height and Weight) required for NDA Examination :-

Height of NDA Exam:-

For Army Wings - 157.5 cms
For Air Force - 162.5 cms
For Naval Academy - 157 cms

Weight of NDA Exam:-

For Army & Naval Academy : 46-49 kgs.

For Air force :48-52 kgs.

Eye sight Criteria :-

If you have fulfill below eye-sight criteria then you are applicable for NDA exam otherwise not.



NDA I exam date already over for this year so if you want to join in Indian Army then you can can apply for NDA II 2013 Exam.You can apply online through UPSC website.

The notification of NDA II Exam for 2013:-

Date of Notification : 04.05.2013
Last date for receipt of application : 03.06.2013
Date of commencement of Exam : 11.08.201

Dear Aspirant,

A candidate who have subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Maths in their 12th Std. are eligible for applying for NDA Examination...

NDA stands for National Defense Academy This exam is conducted by UPSC Twice time in year it called NDA-I and NDA-II...

A candidate must have Nationality of INDIA.

Age Criteria:-

Age of candidate should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

Marital Status:-

Only Unmarried Male candidate can apply for it (Girls are not allowed).

Physical Requirement:-





A candidate should have robust physique and good mental health.

Chest should be well developed having minimum 5 Cms expansion.

Important Dates:-

Date of Notification : 22/12/2012

Last date for Receipt Application : 21/01/2013

Date of Exam: 14/04/2013

NDA stands for National Defense Academy this exam is conducted by UPSC twice in Year.........



NDA exam is conducted in Three Wings:

1. Indian Army
2. Indian Navy
3. Indian Air Force

If you have passed your 12th science with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Maths from recognized Board then you can apply for NDA in INDAIN NAVY and INDIAN AIR FORCE.......

And

If you have passed your 12th Std in commerce and arts stream from recognized Board then you can apply for only INDIAN ARMY post....

Age Limit:- 16 1/2 to 19 years....

Unmarried Male are eligible for NDA..

nationality of INDIA...

1. Prelim Exam
2. Main Exam
3. Physical Test & Personal Interview

NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY

N.D.A. Exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice.

Eligibility criteria for N.D.A exam:-
> Pass 12th with any stream from recognized board.
> Age limit should be above 16.5year and below 19 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit (no major surgery)

There are three stages of selection:-
> Written Exam
> Interview
> Medical exam

Examination Pattern

NDA(National Defence Academy) is conducted two times every year i.e.NDA-I and NDA-II.This exam is conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).

Army Wing of National Defence Academy: 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent examination conducted by a state education board or a university

Air Force and Naval Wing of National Defence Academy and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University

Candidates who are appearing in the 12th class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination

AGE LIMIT: 16 ½ to 19 yrs as of first day of the month in which course is due to commence.

* Sex:- Male.
* Nationality:- Indian.
* Marital status:- Unmarried or single.
* Physically and mentally fit.

Dear sir I m fail in maths in 12th board exam but my heartily aim is to join nda...is I applicable for nda exam...?

I passed 12th class with lower markers can i join nND f can I join Indian Army with Arts stream with lower legs
