I was applied for gate 2012 offline exam i lost my application no so how can i get my hall ticket please help me or send it to my mail

i appeared in cds(II) exam in 2011 , i cleared the written test and i have been called for ssb on 9 apr. 2012. but i lost the print out of online application form which is a required document at the time of ssb.
plz tell me how to get applicatin form...

when will i get the hall ticket of cds 1 after applying for cds

You can download the Hall ticket/Admit card from UPSC website if you didn't receive it by post.

For downloading the hall ticket you must know the registration ID and Date of birth then only you can take the print out.

Just enter you application registration ID , Date of birth, Examination For which applied, Year of applying and then submit .

You will see a page opening in which your admit card will be there to be printed. Just click on print and take out the printed hall ticket as your hall ticket.
