Hello Sir, my page was refreshed while receiving an OTP while applying for SSC-CHSL recruitment. So, I want to get registration number by confirming OTP. Please help me to know that how can I get registration number again?

Now you won't get that registration number.
Registration number doesn't get retrieved by OTPs if any error occurs as it occured in your case.

Passwords are retrieved by OTPs not registration number.

Now to get registration number of that same examination you should again register with a new email id. And complete the registration process with a fast speed internet connection.
