My old email id has been close please tell me how change my email ID for my central scholarship portalof central government of India.

You can edit information filled by you until you submit the online application. To edit the application, go to the option "student login" > enter the application id then click on submit "login" button. Once you submit your final details, no changes can be made. You have to wait for the renewal scholarship.
