Dear Sir, I have done my Intermediate from UP Board but my name is incorrect in the pass certificate. So, I want to correct it. Can you please help me to know that how I can correct my name in the pass certificate?

To correct your name in intermediate certificate, you have to consult your school principal regarding this and the clerical staff will make you understand that what you have to do, they might make you write an application to the board regarding change of the name in the school certificate.
The application will be forwarded to the board by your school.
You will receive your duplicate certificate with correct name within two or three months.

For correction in the certificate issued by the board you have to visit the board and apply for the correction.

You have to submit the documents which justify your claim. The board will isssue you a new certificate.
