To do Engineering in ECE after scoring 61492 rank in EAMCET examination, it is not possible for you to get admission in best engineering colleges. If you want to pursue your Engineering in ECE course from best and top Engineering colleges then, you have to take admission in Engineering course through Management quota seats but contacting the college management.
