actually in gate percentile is there not rank.hard working is required,it is better to go gate forum for coaching..

4.18 hrs study in a day

8.TRY TO UNDERSTOOD

These are good method for high scoring in GATE.............

Hi friend. Practice hard. Get all the available MCQ books like
1.GK publishers,
2.RK Kanodia,
3.Gaslgotia publications .
follow them for formulas and shortcuts, create a routine and solve at least 200 mcqs daily and solve them from a mixture of subjects,Get well and sound knowledge in following areas;
1.circuit theory(mainly Network Thheorems),
2.Signals and systems(DFT,Fourier series and transform),
3.Analog Electronics(BJT, FET, frequency behavour, Amplifiers),
4.Digital Electronics(AND, OR, NOT,NAND, NOR,XOR etc functions)
5.communicaion(Analog and digital modulation only)
6.control systems(stability all methods only)

hii, go from basics study well , then solve as many problems as you can , then solve as many question papers as you can take mock test from gateforum, surely good strategy to crack.
