How to do higher studies after completing B.E Aeronautical Engineering


i have completed B.E. aeronautical engineering and futher am planning to do higher studies and also after my studies am planning to settle in bangelore itself so further what should i do...?? and if wat i do i ll get descent job....

i am doin BE aeronautical nw.....i want to work in an airport as a manager or in any aircraft manufacturing company....so what should i study after completing my BE aero...so tht i can get jobs in the above mentioned positions...nd what is the salary in the above mentioned jobs..........plz rply

what to do after finishing b.e aeronautical engg toget a desent job n what higher studies can do .... and i am interested in army feilds give some ideas...
