Yes definitely after completion of B.Sc , you are eligible for the M.Sc Biotech.

For getting the admission in M.Sc you must fulfill some eligibility criteria as given below.

==> Graduation with any of the Life Sciences subjects (Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry), B.Sc. Agricultural Sciences.

==> Applicants must have secured at least 55% marks in qualifying examination from a recognized University or Institution.

The candidate with B.Sc degree can take admission for M.Sc Biotechnology.
Eligibility:
The candidate must be graduate in any of subjects listed below .i.e.
*B.Sc in Biotechnology
*B.Sc in Microbilogy
*B.SC in Industrial Biotechnology
*B.Sc in Botany
*B.Sc in Zoology.
He/She must have atleast 55% marks in his/her graduation.
