i completed btech in 2013 i studied ms in usa and iam average percentage candate so how to take the decision

I was completed my b.tech in 2011 then now i am doing it recruiting since last 2 Years.
Now i am looking for ms in USA .
let me know how can i approach, if you had any idea..

tell me 1 thing that how do we get select for that?

If you are planning to do your higher studies outside India, then you can keep preparing for the exams, well you can write many examinations for that.

>> It will cover up your expense in studying with scholarships.

>> You can write GRE(Graduate record examination)
TOEFL( Test of english as foreign language)
IELTS etc.

I completed my diploma in civil engineering and im doing b.tech 3rd year in sv university. After completing my b.tech i have to do ms in us. what i have to do for that plz reply me.
