The admission in Maharashtra Institute of Technology is given on basis of Joint Entrance Examination rank. Candidates who did not qualify JEE Main exam are not eligible for admission in MIT, Pune.

Now, you should wait for next year JEE exam for admission in MIT, Pune. JEE is conducted by CBSE every year. There are three attempts for JEE Main and two for JEE Advanced calculated from year in which you appear for board exam of 12th. Hard work along with practice is necessary to obtain good rank in JEE Main exam.
