Just go and apply for admission, but admission depends on cutoff and your rank is quite low.
But, if you are unable to make it; then don't worry as there are other good universities available such as: DU, Lovely Professional University (LPU), PU, Thapar, PEC......etc; as they also provide good education and have better infrastructure. Also, go-through their website for eligibility criteria.
