How to get admission for M.Phil in Bengali Department after doing M.A Bengali with 2nd Class?
I have done M.A Bengali with 2nd class(42%) from Rabindra Bharti University through distance mode . So can I get an admission for M. Phil in Bengali Department.Having said that I am in OBC category.If it is possible so please give me the institution's address and contact no to my email [email protected]
