i want to know that my aieee 2012 overall rank in general category is 161088
and 1198 in state can i get admission in nit srinagar in any branch of engineering b.tech

As far as your rank is concerned it is difficult to get a seat in NIT, Srinagar. Moreover, your 10+2 aggregate marks is important to get you a seat in NIT for B.Tech programs, you haven't mentioned that.

Normally, NIT allot letters to selected candidates after round 1,2 and 3. Which indicates that the provide call letters to candidates on merit.

In the absence of class 12 aggregate marks, it will be difficult to say whether you would get admission in NIT, Srinagar or not, mere on self assumption.
