ya you may be get a seat in your mention college because according to me if you manage 20000 rank you may be get a sect in you mentioned college. you are belong from SC category so you will be quite sure for a seat.

can i get seat in any NIT college after scoring 47 marks in aieee I m sc .

Sorry but with this low marks it is just impossible to get rank which would allow you to get admitted into NITs unless you belong to SC/ST or HS QUOTA. But after that also getting good branches in any NITs in not at all possible.
