want the application form of jaiib...coould u please tell me the procedure to get the form

You can get the application form for JAIIB from the official website of IIBF. You can also procure the form from the zonal or corporate offices of the institute. The duly filled application form must be sent to the zonal offices. Before filling the form, you must read the prospectus thoroughly. You must fill the form in your own handwriting. You must be careful in entering the prescribed codes in the computer registration sheet.

i want membership jaiib/caiib so that i can apper in related exams

I want to sit in JAIIB Exam on May'2012. My membership number is 7143417. Is it still alive or not? Let me know soon.
