See,salary is completely depend on your knowledge , expertise and your desire to move ahead.

There is not any short cut to increase your salary. Try to increase the profit of your organization and your salary will also increase.

Give effective time and result to your organization. Maintain good relationship with all team members, give some creative ideas to increase business and you will get good hike in due time.

so, try to increase knowledge, keep yourself updated with the latest research of your field and also always try to do good for your organization.

Finally, I will say work very hard. If you follow these for some time , you will definitely see good change in your salary.
