How to get a government college after scoring 4476 in MCA


sir/mam
my upsee2013 for mca rank is 4476 and girls 1280.now my problem is fees problem. since i am economically weaker and in this rank i would not get govt college so what should i do. and if private then which college should i opt in lucknow. what about bbau and ignou in lucknow.
