How to get M.Phil certificates from Vinayaka Mission University?
Sir, I have completed M.Phil from a study center in Agartala in 2009 under Directorate of Distance Education, Vinayaka Missions University. After completion of course the study center it was closed for ever. But I did not get the provisional / final certificate. Would you please help me how can I get the certificates? I am not getting any help from any corner. Hope that you will be kind enough to help me in this regard.
