I am A. Vignesh and I have passed on JRF (NET) - UGC qualification test which was held on 17th December 2017 and I secured 191th rank in the subject of CHEMICAL SCIENCE but I didn't received JRF (NET) -UGC qualification certificate yet. I was called and enquire to UGC fellowship section so many times but they replied ''Our CSIR not provide Dec-2017 document details to UGC, so we have no idea about Dec-2017 exam certificate''. Please help!
