Respected Sir/Mam, I am studying BTech first year. I want to transfer from this college other colleges in the second year. If principal won't agree to give NOC certificate, what I have to do? If principal Says to pay entire course fee for four years transfer, what I have to do? Please send me the opportunities that what I have????

NOC will only be granted by college authority if academic year of first year is completed by the candidate.

And also, the fees of one year is completely paid by the student.

In case, if the Principal is denying to grant you the NOC, then you can complain to the University from which the institute is affiliated.

They will contact your institute to grant you NOC as soon as possible.
