The National Eligibility Test for Mathematical Science comprise of a single paper instead of three papers. The single paper is divided into three sections in which Section A comprise of questions based on General Science and is common to all candidates appearing for CSIR-NET. Section B and C are based on the subject of expertise and in your case, it will be Mathematical Science.
