How to join company secretary course after completing 12th science?
i completed my 12th with sci stream(cbse) and now i am doing bcca. In studies i am average student...and my problem is i can't study more then 2 hrs in a day..so should i go for company sectary course or should go for mba or first cs and den mba.

Follow the below steps carefully Generally these courses will be conducted by the "" INSTITUTE OF COMPANY SECRETARIES OF INDIA "" You need to Qualify the 3 stages They are :: <<>> Foundation Course <> For this you must have a minimum of 12th class from a recognized university <> Course Duration is " 8 " months <<>> Intermediate course <> You must have passed the Foundation course <> Or a Masters Degree / pass in ICWAI , ICAI can allow you to entry in the Intermediate course <> The Course duration is " 9 " months <<>> Final Course <> On passing the final examination of ICSI you need to under go a practical training <> Then you will be completely eligible for the Associate member ship of the Institute .. You have to join CS course. Eligibility for Company Secretary Courses: you must be 12th passed in any stream. You should clear 3 stages to qualify as Company Secretary and these are: i)Foundation Course ii)Intermediate Course iii)Final Course graduated have only 2 stages Intermediate Course Final Course fees Structure for CS Course :- For Foundation Course :- Rs.3500/- For Intermediate Course :- Rs.7000/- For Final Course :- Rs.7500/- If you Inserting in MBA, then you can go MBA after CS.
