Hi Sir, I am 16 years old and I have completed 10th standard. I want to join Indian Army. How can I join Indian Army at this age? Please help me to join Indian Army. Thank you!

You can't apply Indian Army without completing 12th exam.

Educational qualification:-
The minimum education qualification required for the Indian Army is 12th pass candidates with physics, chemistry, maths with a minimum of 55-60% marks.


Age limit is between 16.5 to 19 years.

Since you are 16years old you need to wait a year and a half, as the minimum age to join Indian army is 17.5years.

To join as an officer first complete HS with PCM combination.
After 12th you can join through NDA examination .

After graduation you can join through CDS examination.
Both above mentioned exam are conducted by UPSE .

To get selected through above mentioned exam you must have to clear SSB interview also.

To be a part of Indian army ,you need to have minimum of intermediate (12th grade) qualification within age limit of 16.5 to 19 years,then you can appear for NDA (National defense academy)
Apart from educational qualification,candidate must be mentally fit and medically fine.Aspirants has to full fill Indian army physical standards.
