Respected Sir/Madam, I am a BCA graduate of this year. I want to join Indian Navy or Indian Air Force. Can I know that how I can join any of these two Defence? Please help me to know about this as soon as possible. Thank you!

To join Indian Navy/ Air Force being a BCA graduate, you have to appear in CDS examination which is conducted by UPSC. Eligibility criteria required to apply for UPSC CDS examination is mentioned below :-

1. You must be a citizen of India.

2. You should have passed Bachelor's degree course in any discipline with Mathematics and Physics subjects from a Government recognised university.

3. You should be in the age range of 19 to 24 years.

4. You should be an unmarried male candidate.

5. You should be physically as well as mentally healthy.

Procedure to join Indian Airforce for BCA graduate:-

You need to write any of the entrance exams in order to join Airforce

The exams are as follows:-

CDS exam, AFCAT exam

Eligibility criteria for Indian Air Force :-

You should have passed graduation from a recognised University .

Age should be 19 to 23 years .

You must be Indian .

Final year appearing students can also apply.

Candidates passed bachelor degree are eligible to appear in CDS examination. It is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.

The examination is conducted for selection in Air Force, Navy, IMA, and OTA.

Air Force :- Candidate must have passed bachelor degree and have mathematics ad physics in 10+2.

Navy :- Candidate must have passed or pursuing B.Tech course from a recognised university.

You are also eligible to appear in AFCAT examination with BCA qualification.

BCA is Bachelor in Computer Application. It is three year course.

It is mandatory to have B.Tech or B.E qualification for selection in Indian Navy.

Candidates passed B.C.A qualification are eligible to appear in examination for selection in Air Force if they have Mathematics and Physics in 12th.

So, you are eligible to appear in examination for recruitment in Air Force.
