How many attempts are allowed for appearing JEE Advance examination?

I want to know that how many chances I have for IIT JEE Advance after 12th repeat? Because, I have passed my 12th in 2019 at 2nd time, means I have repeated my 12th in this year & I have given JEE Mains in this year but not passed so can I give JEE Advance in 2020 once again?

The maximum attempts allowed for JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Advanced is two which includes the JEE Advanced in the year in which the candidate appeared in his/her Class 12th for the first time and the JEE Advanced held in following year.

So, having appeared in your Class 12th board examination in 2018 for the first time, you are not eligible for appearing in JEE Advanced 2020 as per its eligibility criteria. But, you can still apply for JEE Main as the maximum attempts allowed in the case of JEE Main is 3.

For more FAQs related to JEE Advanced eligibility, you can refer to the link www.jeeadv.nic.in.

Maximum number of attempts for JEE advanced is two, while for the JEE mains it is three after class 12th.
Thus, one should have to clear jee mains first, then he/she could be able to attempt JEE advanced. for more information, go through the link given as below:

There are maximum two attempts allowed for JEE advanced examination after passing class 12th.

This means that if you have passed your class 12th in 2019 then you can give the 2019 and 2020 JEE advanced exam but only if you have qualified JEE mains.

Since, you have not qualified 2019 JEE mains you are not eligible for 2019 JEE advanced.

You can give 2020 JEE advanced but only if have qualified 2020 JEE mains.
