Yes you can appear in IITJEE exam after repeating 12th but in 12th you have to score atleast 60% for being eligible in sitting in IITJEE.But remember one thing this would be your last chance for IITJEE as there are only two chance for it one with 12th and other after one year.So prepare well and all the very best.

Re: After repeating 12th can I appear for IIT JEE exam?
application form for the IIT JEE 2012 is over and so, its not worth talking about this year. So, to be eligible for the IIT JEE 2013, you must qualify the +2 level of exam on or after 2011. It doesn't matters if you qualified +2 level of exam in first or second attempt, all you need is to qualify the exam on or after 2011 to be eligible for the IIT JEE 2013 and ofcourse, you will have to score a minimum of 60% in the +2 level of exam.
good luck |

Re: After repeating 12th can I appear for IIT JEE exam?
Hi
IIT stands for the Indian Institute of Technology. They are the best technical institutes of the country. This conducts IIT JEE i.e Joint Entrance Examination every year in the month of April right after the board exams are concluded. The Basic Eligibility Criteria to sit for the IIT JEE are :- 1. You should be a minimum 12th pass from a recognized school or any recognized state board in India. 2. You should have scored at least 60% aggregate in the 12th boards having studied PCM. 3. You can take a maximum of two consecutive attempts in the IIT JEE. So if you fulfill these criteria's, only then can you sit for the IIT JEE. Hence if you have taken one attempt already, and then got a compartment paper. Surely you can apply next year for the IIT JEE. Hope this helps All the best Regards RANJEET |

Re: After repeating 12th can I appear for IIT JEE exam?
Dear friend,
Yes, after repeating 12th you can appear for IIT-JEE exam. But note that, IIT-JEE exam gives only two consecutive chances to its candidates. So, if you have earlier appeared for IIT-JEE exam earlier, then next year will be your last chance to appear in IIT-JEE exam. However, from now IIT-JEE exam has been renamed as JEE Advanced Exam. And for appearing in JEE Advanced Exam, you must qualify JEE Mains Exam first. JEE Mains exam will be similar to AIEEE exam and it will be commenced on 7 April, 2013 for admission to NITs, CFIs, etc. Successful Candidates in JEE Mains Exam (Top 1.5 lakh candidates) will only get entry to JEE Advanced Exam. However, if you want to take admission in NITs, then you can leave JEE Advanced Exam.
