How many attempts do Kota University allows to re-appear for failed papers?


I'm a Kota University B.Sc student. I have passed first year then I failed 3 times in 2nd year. Can I give exam once again? What is the maximum number of attempts does Kota University allows to clear backlogs? How many attempts do I am left with?
