Presently your age is very close to 30 years.
OBC category candidates are eligible to apply for UPSC Civil Services examination till the age of 33. You can apply for next two Civil Services examinations only. i.e. Civil Services Examination 2013 and Civil Services Examination 2014. You should work hard for the exam as you have only two attempts remained. |

Hai, UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) UPSC exam conducted only one time in a year, Your age was 30years, so you can more 3times, because OBC candidates age limit is 33years. No.of attempts: 4 times for general candidates, 7 times for OBC candidates, No limit for the SC/ST candidates. You can get total information with the following website http://www.upsc.gov.in Best of luck |

UPSC - UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION conducts CIVIL SERVICE EXAMINATION every year for appointment in the top administrative post in various Dept. under Central Govt.
The candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation Degree in any stream of education from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years, is eligible to apply for Civil Service Exam. There is upper age relaxation for SC/ST candidate up to 5 years and for OBC candidate up to 3 years. As you are now 30 years old, you can apply for this till 33 years though seven attempts are allowed in case of OBC candidate. Accordingly you can apply for 2013 and 2014 Civil Service Exam.
