If you have done your B.tech in civil engineering so there are six stream in civil engineering for M.Tech Programmes-

1. Building Technology and Construction Management
2. Environmental Engineering
3. Geotechnical Engineering
4. Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering
5. Structural Engineering
6.Transportation Engineering
