hi! I am neha , i have done MCA I want to ask how many times I can appear in NET exam of ugc of lectureship ?

Hi Neha. For UGC Exam for Lectureship there is no limit either in number of attempts or in age so you can appear for UGC exam for lectureship as many times as you want. However there is an age limit for the exam for fellowship of 28 years.

There is no limit for appearing NET exam of UGC.and the age limit is:
1.for Junior Research Fellowship--not more than 28 years
2.for Lectureship-- No upper age limit defined

There is no limit for NET exam. For JRF the age limit is 28 years for males and 30 years for females.

Net exams for all categories 33 yrs age limit. Widows age relaxation is 5 yrs. In teaching line there is no age limit.

u can appear for NET exams till the time u dont clear it just the age limit has to be relaxed. wish u all the best

For Junior Research Fellowship the age is not more than 28 years as on 01.12.2009. A relaxation upto 5 years is provided to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH/VH categories and to women applicants.And for Lectureship their is No upper age limit.You can appear in Exams any number of time ,their is no limits to make attempt.

there are no such limits as to attempts if you are going in teaching line but there's a limit of age not more than 28 years so all the very best for your future aheadd go for it.

if you want to apply for junior research fellowship the upper age limit is 28 years while for lecturership there is no age restriction

there is no such age limit for appearing in the net exam you can possibly avail the chances as many times as you like but hope you get through it on your 1st attempt ,here is a limit of 28 years after that you are not eligible for it. There is no limit as to how many times to appear for the exam. You can attempt it for any number of times.

You can appear for the NET exam of UGC as many times as you can ,but there is an upper age limit and it is 18 years..

Means after then you will not be eligible to sit in the exam.All the best...

According to UGC Exam for Lectureship:
there is no limit in number of attempts , in age so you can appear for UGC exam for lectureship as well as.

in the year of 2010 u may appear in NET exam.

Some details are :
1. Date of examination: 19.12.2010
application form through banks and on line submission starts from
10.08.2010 .

2. application form through banks and online submission will be closed
on 30.08.2010

For what duration after one clears the NET is he eligible for lectureship? example the JFR offer is vaild for the next two years from the date of award of JRF to the candidate.

those who have completed postgraduation with minimum 55% are eligible to write the NET exam. SC/ST is 50%

For the post of lectureship there is no upper age limit also.

You can appear for the UGC NET exam as many times as you want.
