When the experts see those questions that are related to their domain of expertise, they answer them accordingly. This educational "channel" or forum as you may call it does not provide franchises.
What you can do is, advertise your requirement in the daily newspapers of Amritsar and also in some online job portals like http://www.naukri.com, etc. People who are looking for such jobs will check the newspapers and online portals and contact you. This is the actual way you could get your area specific franchises.
