How to modify my date of birth in Madhyamik admit card?
My original DOB is 2/5/1978. But my Madhymik admit shows 2/5/1977. I have no other birth certificate other than my mother's hospital discharge certificate that shows my original DOB. All my documents like Aadhar card, voter card etc is printed with this dob. Is there any procedure to modify my DOB?

To change your Date of Birth in Madhyamik Admit Card, you need to fill-up the form for correction and submit it at the the regional office of the council along with attested xerox copy of Admit Card/ Mark sheet of Madhyamik Examination.
