If u want to join in navy you are must having the height of atleast 5'6 .in addition to this your body structure will have to maintain perfectly. These are my suggestions my dear friend.i pray to god for you to reach your wish.

These are some of the physical standards requirement for NDA: 1)The candidates should not be colour/night blind & must be physically fit according to following physical standards:- (a) Height and Weight. Minimum height-157cms for men & 152 cms for women with correlated weight. (b)Eye Sight. 6/24, 6/24 correctable to 6/6 in each eye with glasses for tech branch & Submarine Cadre and 6/60, 6/60 correctable to 6/6, 6/12 with glasses for the Naval Architecture Cadre. 2) Your chest should be well developed. The minimum range of expansion after full inspiration should be 5 cm. 3)There should be no disease of bones and joints of the body. 4)You should be free of any past history of mental breakdown or fits. 5)Your hearing should be normal without any evidence of present or past disease of the ear, nose and throat. 6)There should be no sign of functional or organic disease of the heart and blood vessels. Your blood pressure should also be normal. 7)The muscles of the abdomen should be well developed without any enlargement of the liver or spleen. Any evidence of disease of internal organs of the abdomen can be a cause for rejection. 8)An un-operated hernia can make you unfit for selection. If operated, this should have been done at least six months prior to the present examination and healing should be complete without any potential for recurrence. 9)There should be no hydrocele, varicocele or piles. If operated for hydrocele and/or varicocele, this should have been done at least six months prior to the present examination and healing should be complete without any recurrence. 10)Urine examination will be done and any abnormality, if detected, can be a cause for rejection. 11)Any disease of the skin, which is likely to cause disability or disfigurement, will also be a cause for rejection. 12)Vision will be tested. You must have good binocular vision. In case you have undergone or are detected to have undergone Radial Keratotomy, or any other procedure to improve the visual acuity, you will be permanently rejected in case of indian airforce. 13)You should have sufficient number of natural and sound teeth. A minimum of 14 dental points will be acceptable. When 32 teeth are present, the total dental points are 22. You should not be suffering from severe pyorrhoea. Hello friend,
The minimum height for navy is 5'6". So for appearing to the navy you have minimum of 5'6" height is required. For SC/ST 5'4" height is required. Not only height your body construction must be good for joining the Indian Navy. The physical fitness is must for Navy. |

To join Indian Navy your height must not be less than 157 cm. There is certain relaxation given to north east candidates.
Other Physical standards: The candidate must have fully expanded chest not less than 81 cm. Candidatd must have good eyesight without correction 6/6 and there should not be colour blindness. |

dear,
this field is best if you want to do something for our country. the procedure of joining the navy is very easy . The minimum qualification is 12th with PCM. age - 16-1/2 to 19 years hieght-152 cm. |

for navy the height shoud be exactly 5'6 ft or 157 cms .......above this heigt is good but below5'6 ft or 157 cms is not preferable............... |
