I am a B.Com graduate and wish to do ICWAI professional degree course. So, what is the minimum percentage or score required in B.Com to get exemption from Foundation stage of ICWAI and get direct registration in the Intermediate stage?

Yes you are eligible for getting Direct admission in the Intermediate course of ICWAI after completing the Graduation.
