how much rank do i need to get a seat in any of the iits..i am a civil engineering graduate and i like to opt for transportation engineering (my caste is obc) .. please help me?

i got 219 score in gate for IN branch.i m from SC catagory.my rank is 2507.
what colleges can i get for m-tech?
